As the probably singular non-Discord user who plays Delta, it'd be nice if the rule clarifications could be in a place publicly accessible such as a protected wiki page, but I understand that isn't the point of this PR. |

moved the privacy policy into a its own page on the wiki, rule clarifications are on discord now
